Here's an exercise practicing this concept on Khan Academy. You will be converting equations in Point-Slope Form to Slope Intercept Form.
Point Slope Form: y-y1 = m (x-x1) I can't make the little subscript 1.
Slope-Intercept Form: y = mx + b
